My name is Alexander Patton, I am 20 years old, and live in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada. I am working towards a degree in Child and Youth Care and then a Masters in Occupational Therapy and working as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist.
I work with youth in a variety of ways. I am a Cub Scout Leader, a mentor for Restorative Justice, and volunteer at a local elementary school. I also teach Grade Six Religion at the Catholic Church one night a week.
I am also the National Committee Chair for the Youth Committee of the Tourette Syndrome Foundation of Canada.
Although I will be blogging personally, I like to blog about issues relating to youth as well as issues regarding Tourette Syndrome and developmental disabilities. I do not consider myself a professional in these matters, however I learn more through blogging.
